This week for Thanksgiving we went to Breckenridge Colorado. My whole family was there, we had so much fun. There was 23 of us in a beautiful house, it was by far one of the best Thanksgivings I have had in a long time. I hadn't been home for Thanksgiving since my senior year in high school and that was the last time the whole family was together. The first day we got there we celebrated my older sissy's 40Th Birthday and went to a really nice Restaurant, minus the children. The older cousins watched the kids and it was so nice to get out with just the adults. It was 4 degrees that night so some of us got into the hot tub, we had such a fun day. Thanksgiving day we made the dinner like my mom used to make it, all of us kids made something and it was soooo yummy and it would of been perfect if my mama could of been there. We relaxed and watch a home video when I was 4 years old, It is so weird to watch me at that age, I have to admit I was so dang cute! It was so nice to hear my mom's voice and see her on the video, it brought back so many emotions, I sure do miss her bad!

We went to a movie and also went tubing while we were up in Breckenridge, I had never been tubing up at a resort before, I took Jaden with me and Jordan stayed with Easton and took him sledding since Easton was too small to go tubing. Jaden only went down once with me, I asked Jaden if it was fun and he said "yes" I made the mistake and said "well that scared mommy" after that comment I made he changed his tune! He hung out with Grandpa and Grandma, they went back down the mountain and got some Hot Chocolate. It was so much fun though, it was well worth going! My sisters, nieces and I went on Thanksgiving night to the outlets to shop, Laughed our guts out and had so much fun! These are the memories that last forever! I am so grateful for my family and the joy that they bring to my life. I am so lucky to have the family I have. Fun times!!!

  2. Your post about your mom is heartbreaking. Such a tough thing for anyone to experience.
But if you are going to keep a journal I think it is time for a new post :)
